Not sure what CGS stands for, we were told she was the CSS Acadia (Canadian Scientific Ship)

Seamen's Quarters (these were for the lowest ranking hands, there were
different rooms for firemen, etc. each getting better as you went up the ranks)
There were even heads and shower rooms for each rank ... these were the seamen's
